@tagpoint.graffshop instructions included and constant support from the manufacturer, I have no problems and everything works fine 😇

Thank you — support is part of the product for me. If something behaves differently on a particular can, send the exact can model and a short video and I can usually tell whether it is fit, valve pressure or cleaning.

Nice 😄 For the first installation, practice on a clean empty can. If the fit feels tight, use a tiny amount of neutral lubricant, hold RoboCap by the sides, keep it straight and rotate slightly while pressing it into place.

Just for those curious or skeptical of sending the money through PayPal, I purchased one and had a defective device, took pics and worked with @dmitry.boska . We settle everything correctly and I recieved a new that works fantastic. Love the device and great service from him. I would recommend this product to anyone. Thank you for sharing the full story, including the defective first unit. I would rather fix a real problem than pretend every unit is perfect. A clear photo/video makes troubleshooting much faster. The PayPal mention in that older Instagram comment refers to an earlier ordering flow; current purchases go only through the website checkout.

I really wanted to use mine, bb ut I can't find any acetone cans where I live :( so I've been scared to clog it...

You do not need one specific branded acetone can. Acetone, a suitable solvent or cleaner spray can be used. For a thorough clean I recommend: flush once, let the solvent soften residue for about 30–60 minutes, then flush again.

@ripe143 i have a question, do you have to press hard on the button? I have a trouble time pressing normal caps from spray cans and i was wondering if this tool will be easier for me to use spray cans, let me know :)

The button should not need heavy force. Press it normally with a finger; do not push down on the whole RoboCap with your palm. If the button itself feels abnormally hard, send a short video so I can see whether it is mechanical resistance or installation.

I bought one to use and one to spare. Still working with the one I’m using, my spare one I haven’t even touched yet. But I will definitely need the new design. I’ve bought five of these off you already! Lol.

If yours never worked well, I would first separate installation from clogging: fully charge it, test it straight on another compatible female-valve can, then do an acetone/cleaner flush. A short video of the top and the output while pressing the button helps identify the cause.

Hard drops, side loads and forcing RoboCap onto a tight/incompatible valve are the main things to avoid. If one no longer charges or broke at the mount, send a short video/photo so I can see whether it is an electrical issue or physical damage.

The current installation advice is to use a clean empty can first, add a very small amount of oil or neutral lubricant to the mating surfaces, hold RoboCap by the sides, keep it straight and rotate slightly while pressing down. Do not force it from the top.
